Job summary

James Edward & Companies Group seeks a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers responsible for in-store execution within the Byron, GA market. You will coach, develop, and drive Red Bull initiatives, while tracking KPIs and program adherence.

You will spend two days weekly on route rides, engage retail partners, train ASMs on selling skills, and lead regular meetings to improve performance. 3+ years DSD management and a bachelor's degree or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience with proven sales objective achievement.
• 2+ years’ management experience in a sales environment.
• 6 years’ experience in a similar role in lieu of education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and KPI targets for assigned ASMs and track monthly KPI performance.
• Spend two days per week on route rides to train and evaluate ASM performance.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners and decision makers to implement programs.
• Coach ASMs in selling skills and establish new accounts while overcoming objections.
• Lead ASM meetings to improve operations and recognize results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices and uphold standards.
