Job summary

James Edward & Companies is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers responsible for in-store execution with key customers. The role focuses on coaching, driving Red Bull initiatives, and monitoring KPIs across markets.

You will ride with ASMs two days per week to evaluate performance, train in selling skills, and ensure adherence to company standards. A successful candidate brings leadership, urgency, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 6 years experience in a similar role in lieu of education.
• 2+ years management experience in sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and track KPI targets for ASMs.
• Spend two days per week on route rides to train ASMs.
• Maintain communications with retail partners to implement programming.
• Teach ASMs selling skills and handle objections with retail math.
• Lead regular ASM meetings to improve operations and results.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build a diverse organization reflecting the marketplace.
