Abbott is seeking a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics to drive sales and profitability across the Southern California territory and Hawaii. The role leads Account Executives, coaches teams, negotiates contracts, and identifies market opportunities to achieve revenue goals.

The position requires strong leadership, 7+ years in medical devices or capital sales, and a track record in complex sales. Travel is 50-75%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; medical devices and/or capital sales knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; knowledge of medical devices and/or capital sales is preferred.
• Experience working in a quality system-driven organization and environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre- and post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to grow revenue, leverage market insights, and expand market share.
• Build strategic customer and stakeholder partnerships to support business objectives.
• Lead long-term contract negotiations and support pricing, profitability, and customer negotiations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent while providing clear direction and empowering the team to perform with accountability and independence.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and entrepreneurial environment where employees can contribute to their full potential.
• Communicate business performance, priorities, and expectations with leadership and direct reports.
• Manage district operations, including business plans, work processes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
