Abbott is hiring a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics overseeing the Southern California territory and Hawaii. You will drive sales strategies, lead Account Executives and Sales Ambassadors, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue goals.

You will coach a high-performing team, develop local strategies, and build executive partnerships while traveling 50-75% to grow market share and ensure customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; medical devices/capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization with regulatory awareness.
• Ability to influence team member activities and drive results.
• Strong understanding of stakeholders, customer dynamics, and relationships.
• Superior communication and product/industry knowledge.
