Sysco in the United States is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district. The role emphasizes coaching, structured guidance, and disciplined execution to drive profitable growth in case volume and gross profit.

The DSM will coach 3–5 Sales Consultants weekly, lead Friday district meetings, and champion customer engagement through expanded service channels and technology-enabled selling.

Qualificações

• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 one-on-one SC work-withs per week.
• Lead district Friday meetings to educate and motivate behavior changes to drive sales.
• Direct customer engagement by enabling SC to provide Sysco customers with expanded service channels.
