Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams across the district. You will ensure each team meets performance expectations and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach and develop General Managers and GMITs, monitor financial performance, and lead efforts in local marketing, compliance, and safety. This role requires travel to multiple stores and a strong track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of restaurant experience
• 3-5 years in management (multi-unit preferred)
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management

Responsibilities

• Ensure District teams are trained, motivated, and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurants' QSC standards and coach for improvements.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and ensure timely resolution.
• Orient and develop General Managers and GMITs through training and guidance.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate teams and improve performance.
• Assess overall GM/GMIT performance against clear standards and expectations.
