Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead the performance of Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure teams meet job responsibilities and performance standards in all areas of their roles.

You will train, coach, and evaluate managers, recruit new leaders, analyze financial performance, and support company marketing efforts while ensuring compliance with policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all district Team Members are trained and motivated to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant’s QSC standards and coach for improvements.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and ensure timely action.
• Orient and develop General Managers and GMITs; provide coaching.
• Recruit General Managers and GMITs; align leadership to restaurant needs.
• Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
