Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to drive district performance among Restaurant Management Teams. You will ensure teams meet job responsibilities and business expectations across all locations, delivering guest satisfaction and maintaining compliance with policies.

The role requires 7–10 years in restaurants, 3–5 years in management, and strong budgeting/P&L skills. Willingness to travel 4–5 days/week; competitive salary and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s standards and managers, providing feedback and coaching.
• Communicates customer comments to Restaurant Managers and follows up for timely action.
• Oversees orientation, training, and development opportunities for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains and coaches staff to motivate performance and provide feedback.
• Assesses overall GM/GMIT performance against set standards.
• Provides counseling or discipline when needed.
• Implements training on new products, programs, and changes.
• Recruits General Managers and GMITs; aligns management skills with restaurant needs.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Supports company-wide marketing programs and evaluates local marketing strategies.
