Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams across multiple locations. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold QSC standards, and drive district performance through coaching and development of General Managers and GMITs.

The role focuses on training, performance management, and maintaining financial results while supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor district restaurant management teams to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Monitor QSC standards and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Communicate customer feedback to restaurant managers and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee orientation, training, and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Recruit and place General Managers and GMITs to align with district needs.
• Analyze performance and take corrective actions to meet financial goals.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant strategies.
