Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a District Manager to drive the performance of restaurant management teams across the district. You will ensure teams meet job responsibilities, uphold guest satisfaction, and comply with company policies and safety standards.

You will train, coach, and evaluate General Managers and GMITs, manage budgets and P&L, and actively recruit leaders while aligning with marketing initiatives to optimize district results.

Competenze

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Mansioni

• Ensure district teams are trained, motivated, and deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards and provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to restaurant management and follow up on actions.
• Oversee orientation and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Train, coach, and give performance feedback to team members.
• Assess GM/GMIT performance against set standards and expectations.
• Provide counseling or discipline as needed.
• Train and implement new products, programs, and changes.
• Actively recruit and promote qualified General Managers and GMITs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
