Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams across the district, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will coach General Managers, monitor QSC standards, manage financial performance, onboard and develop leaders, and support marketing initiatives while upholding company policies and food safety standards. This role requires travel 4–5 days per week and a strong team leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor district restaurant teams to meet performance goals.
• Ensure training, motivation, and guest satisfaction.
• Review QSC standards and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Communicate customer feedback to restaurant managers and follow up.
• Oversee orientation and development for General Managers.
• Recruit and promote qualified managers to fill vacancies.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions.
• Support marketing programs and local strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; uphold food safety.
