Ideal candidates have extensive restaurant experience, multi-unit leadership, and strong financial acumen to manage budgets, P&L, and growth. This full-time role requires travel and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions with multi-unit oversight preferred.
• Financial planning including budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Management Teams across the district.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by training, coaching, and evaluating teams.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit and develop General Managers and GMITs for growth.
