Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure training, accountability, and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance and compliance with company policies.

The role requires extensive restaurant leadership experience, multi-unit oversight, and travel 4–5 days per week to assigned stores in the district. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards and provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer comments to Restaurant Managers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Train, coach, and give regular feedback to improve team performance.
• Evaluate GM/GMIT performance against defined standards and expectations.
• Provide counseling or discipline when needed.
• Train and follow up on new products, programs, and changes.
• Actively recruit General Managers and GMITs and match skills to needs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions when deviations occur from financial plans.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
