Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district. You will ensure training, performance, and guest satisfaction while upholding safety, budgeting, and company policies.

Travel 4–5 days a week to multiple locations, evaluate P&L results, and coach managers to maximize district results. We value extensive restaurant experience, management history, and strong financial planning capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Aufgaben

• Ensure training and motivation of District team members to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards and coach improvements.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Ensure orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Train and provide regular performance feedback to motivate staff.
• Evaluate GM/GMIT performance against standards.
• Provide counseling and/or discipline when needed.
• Train on new products, programs, and changes.
• Recruit General Managers and GMITs; match skills to district needs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Set a positive example for the team.
• Negotiate vendor contracts following approval processes.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation requirements.
