You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop managers and crew, while ensuring guest service aligns with brand standards and procedures. Budget oversight and coaching on performance are key parts of the role.

You will foster a people‑first culture, monitor training, and drive profitability by controlling costs and optimizing labor, food costs, and seasonal plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across 5-8 Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins combo locations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and train team members; manage performance development.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed across restaurants.
• Monitor training progress and maintain a people-first culture.
• Identify cost-control opportunities and help manage budgets.
• Lead team meetings and communicate operational updates.
