Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is looking for a hands-on site leader to run a DashMart distribution center. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, owning scheduling, labor budgets, and safety.

Qualifications

3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
Ownership mindset to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
Able to solve problems from first principles and innovate beyond status quo.
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Data-driven problem solving using Excel/Sheets with basic formulas and pivots.

Responsibilities

Manage a 5–15k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse operating team.
Lead Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+) and drive safety, productivity, and culture.
Own day-to-day operations, scheduling, and labor budget; meet site metrics.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and maintain key quality metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed).
Use data to identify pain points and design/execute process improvements.
