Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to administer recruitment and development across 5–6 stores. You will ensure adherence to operational standards, guest service, and quality, while leading a team in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

You will hire, train, coach, and drive sales growth, while maintaining compliance and communicating actionable plans to achieve goals. Franchisee relationship management is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• College degree in business or related field is recommended.
• Serve-Safe certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational excellence and guest service commitments.
• Builds and develops restaurant teams through training and coaching.
• Drives sales growth and identifies opportunities.
• Manages controllables and ensures restaurant compliance.
