Dunkin' Donuts seeks a District Manager to oversee 5–6 stores, directing recruitment, development and execution of operational standards. You’ll lead guest service, ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage talent, optimize schedules, coach teams and enforce compliance while maintaining a strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset. Franchisee support is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• Proficient Written, Verbal & Math Skills.
• Open/Flexible Schedule including nights/weekends.
