You will lead and coach teams, drive sales growth, ensure compliance, and plan operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Serve-Safe Certified.
• Open/Flexible Schedule (nights/weekends)
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment: role models exceptional guest service and motivates the team to deliver passionate guest service.
• Builds Team Talent: hires and develops the restaurants’ teams through training, deployment and communication.
• Drives Sales Growth: identifies opportunities, challenges the status quo and promotes a competitive drive to succeed.
• Manages Controllables and Restaurant Compliance: analyzes performance trends and makes timely decisions under pressure.
• Plans and Communicates: creates actionable plans and effectively conveys information to align strategies.
