Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Franchise is seeking a District Manager to administer, direct and oversee recruiting and development of employees across 5 to 6 stores. You will ensure proper implementation of operational standards including order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, cleanliness and guest service.

You must apply strong leadership, stay engaged with customers and employees, and drive continuous improvement in store operations in a fast-paced, yet fun environment that rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity is requested, with preferred experience in quick service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to coach teams to deliver guest service excellence.
• Proficient written, verbal and math skills; reliable transportation and flexible scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and Guest Service commitment across 5–6 stores.
• Builds and develops team talent through effective training and communication.
• Drives sales growth and identifies opportunities to improve performance.
• Manages controllables and restaurant compliance, analyzes trends and root causes.
• Plans and communicates actionable goals and aligns strategies with store teams.
