Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to oversee the recruitment and development of employees across 5–6 stores. You will implement operational standards to ensure order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, cleanliness and guest service.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a franchisee-driven team to deliver a great product and a smile to guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• Serve-Safe Certified.
• Open/Flexible Schedule (willing to work nights/weekends).
• College degree in business or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and guest service, motivate team to deliver passionate service.
• Builds team talent through hiring, training and communication.
