Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to oversee 5–6 stores in the region, driving guest service excellence, product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards. You will recruit, develop, and coach store teams while implementing company policies and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification preferred or required.
