Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead accounts within an assigned district, partnering with regional and national teams to grow maintenance contracts. You will source, vet, and manage provider and technician bases, conduct site inspections, and pursue opportunities to expand services while guiding performance to KPIs.

Travel is frequent (90%), on-site work with customer sites, and you will manage budgets and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Office and CRM software proficiency.
• Strategic thinker who works independently with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts within an assigned district and collaborate with regional teams.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician bases; conduct site audits.
• Build relationships with customers and drive revenue growth while meeting KPIs.
• Manage budgets, travel, and RFP initiatives to hit targets.
