Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to oversee a geographic district, coordinating with the National Field Team and National Account Management. You will manage accounts, vet providers, and perform site visits to ensure service quality and drive additional business opportunities.

You will lead relationships with customers, providers, and technicians, aiming to hit revenue goals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional Manager and National Accounts teams.
• Conduct site inspections and property audits to support maintenance contracts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Respond urgently to escalations and customer requests while meeting KPIs and revenue targets.
• Support budget management and travel expenses within budget.
• Contribute to DMG’s long- and short-term strategies and participate in RFP initiatives.
