Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to lead key accounts across a defined district, coordinating with the national team to grow business and ensure ongoing service excellence. You will source and vet provider/technician networks, conduct site audits, and drive opportunities within maintenance contracts.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial approach, and willingness to travel and work on-site extensively to meet revenue goals and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software and technology-enabled fieldwork.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Strategic/entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work independently.
• Willingness for significant on-site activity and travel.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional/National teams.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and perform site audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet and manage provider/technician base for quality delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and revenue targets through weekly visits.
• Provide market information and contribute to company strategies.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
