Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead accounts within a designated district and collaborate with the National Field Team and National Account Management Teams to grow business and ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service.

You will source, vet, and manage provider and technician bases, conduct site audits, and work with regional leadership to win new business while meeting revenue targets. This role requires extensive on-site activity and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience; HS diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software; tech-savvy with mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently.
• Strategic, creative thinker with extroverted, engaging personality.
• Significant on-site activity required (90%), travel and extended hours during peak periods.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Regional Manager and National Accounts to establish and maintain district accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to corporate customers and inspect sites, identifying add-on opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and achieve weekly visits while exceeding revenue targets.
• Provide market insights to DMG’s short- and long-term strategy.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
