Job summary

Inquis Medical, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow the VTE business by expanding revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

You will partner with leadership to ensure optimal product use and patient outcomes while aiming to exceed quarterly and annual sales plans. Responsibilities include expanding accounts, maintaining a strong pipeline, renewals, coordinating with internal teams, and traveling as needed to support territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, including 8+ years in medical device sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and quotas.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share within assigned accounts by building relationships with hospitals, laboratories, physicians, and key stakeholders.
• Prospect, develop, and convert new customer opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and territory growth.
• Retain and expand existing business through renewals and increased account penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate updates, promotions, pricing changes, and industry trends to customers.
• Represent Inquis at industry events and trade shows, generating qualified leads and reporting results.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and CRM documentation to support planning.
• Travel as required to support customer needs and territory objectives.
