Job summary

Inquis Medical, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a District Sales Manager to grow our VTE business, improve patient outcomes, and deliver superior customer service. You will partner with Regional Sales Manager and executive leaders to align product use with revenue goals.

Grow revenue by building relationships with hospitals, labs, physicians, and purchasing stakeholders; manage a robust pipeline and territory growth; travel as needed to support objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of medical device sales experience or equivalent combo.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPI’s.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share by building relationships with hospitals, labs, physicians and buyers.
• Prospect, develop, and convert new opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Retain and expand existing business through renewals and increased account penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, pricing changes and trends.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inquis products and provide market intelligence.
• Represent Inquis at events, generate leads, follow up, and report results to management.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, expenses, and CRM documentation.
• Travel as required to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
