Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant management teams within the district, ensuring responsibility for performance against job expectations. The role requires travel 4-5 days per week and hands-on leadership to mentor GMs/GMITs, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and company policies.

You will evaluate performance, provide coaching, and actively recruit and develop talent while supporting local marketing and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure District teams are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards; provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
