Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district. You will ensure each management team meets job responsibilities and drives guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, evaluating QSC standards, providing feedback, and developing managers. Travel 4-5 days per week; valid driver's license required. Competitive salary with bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures District Team members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant's standards, provides feedback and coaching, and conducts inspections.
• Communicates customer comments to Restaurant Managers and follows up to ensure timely handling.
• Oversees orientation, training, and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Trains and provides regular performance feedback to improve team performance.
• Recruits and promotes qualified General Managers and GMITs; matches talent to needs.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when needed.
• Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
