Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring performance aligns with job descriptions and company standards. You will coach General Managers, drive guest satisfaction, and manage district-level operations while traveling to store locations 4-5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years previous restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and coaches on improvement; conducts periodic inspections.
