Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Bojangles locations with on-site leadership.
• Monitor sales, labor, and food costs; analyze performance and implement improvements.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and brand standards.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement to drive guest traffic.
