Role Description

The District Manager (Bojangles) at Cedartown Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL, responsible for overseeing multiple Bojangles restaurant locations. This position manages daily operations through restaurant managers, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. The District Manager monitors sales, labor, and food costs, analyzes performance metrics, and implements action plans to achieve operational and financial goals. They recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture and supporting career growth. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, safety and health regulations, and leading local marketing and community engagement initiatives to drive guest traffic and brand visibility. Qualifications

• Previous experience with quick-service restaurant operations, preferably Bojangles or similar brands, is a plus.
