Job summary

Bulldog Restaurants, LLC in the Greater Birmingham area is seeking a District Manager to oversee five to six Burger King locations. You will provide hands-on leadership, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across every unit.

This high-impact role requires developing leaders, improving operations, and maintaining brand standards. You will analyze P&Ls, mentor General Managers, and coordinate with senior leadership to meet district objectives and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Proven success overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ideally 4–10 units.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management.
• Quick‑service restaurant (QSR) experience required; Burger King experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership and operational oversight across five to six Burger King locations.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Drive consistent execution in speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Ensure full compliance with Burger King brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across the district.
• Analyze P&Ls, labor reports, inventory, and KPIs to develop action plans.
• Manage district budgets and hold General Managers accountable for financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve food cost control, labor efficiency, and overall profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing General Managers and restaurant teams.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and development planning.
