Cedartown Foods, a growing quick-service restaurant operator, is seeking a District Manager for Jersey Mike’s in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees 3–5 locations, coaching store managers, monitoring KPIs, and managing labor and food costs to ensure brand standards and profitability.

You will implement district marketing initiatives and collaborate with leadership to reach district goals.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Role Description

The District Manager for Jersey Mike’s at Cedartown Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position oversees multiple restaurant locations, ensuring each store meets operational, financial, and customer service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing store managers, monitoring performance metrics, managing labor and food costs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and brand guidelines. Manages and supports between 3-5 locations. The District Manager regularly visits restaurants to support staffing needs, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and reinforce a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also involves implementing marketing initiatives, driving sales growth, and partnering with leadership to achieve district-level goals.
