Cedartown Foods D.B.A Bojangles in Dalton, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams in the General Manager's absence. This full‑time role requires open availability and involves production management, inventory, scheduling, and guest service excellence. You will support the GM and District Manager, and help train Shift Managers and team members.

The position emphasizes leadership, integrity, and urgency in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe food handling.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production when the General Manager is not present.
• Maintain temperature logs and waste tracking.
• Count key inventory items and reconcile sales and cash.
• Train new team members on station duties.
• Address guest concerns and assist with escalations.
• Perform banking duties and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Schedule staffing with final GM approval.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks for applicants.
• Assist with training of Shift Managers and other duties as needed.
