Cedartown Foods is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop General Managers across 6–8 QSR locations within the district. You will drive sales growth, control costs, uphold brand standards, and cultivate an unbeatable work culture that boosts engagement.

This role demands 5+ years in multi-unit QSR management, experience overseeing $1M+ units with drive-thru operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing 6–8 units or 1M+ annual revenue with drive-thru operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality software.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred; degree in business/management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop General Managers; staff appropriately.
• Drive sales growth, cost control, and profitability across the district.
• Ensure district and restaurant targets are met with accurate data integrity.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly restaurant visits and implement corrective actions.
