The role requires recruiting and developing managers, sustaining food safety and quality, achieving service goals, and maintaining open communication with the District Manager.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Open availability during all hours the restaurant is open.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintains 95+ Health Department standards via trained management.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Operational excellence: ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Financial leadership: review reports, drive sales and profitability.
• Guest satisfaction: train to deliver exceptional guest experience and timely service.
• Communication: cascade updates from district to team and maintain records.
• General duties: manage paperwork, scheduling, and inventory controls.
