Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team in the absence of the General Manager in Cedartown/Cartersville area. This full-time role requires open availability and includes responsibilities across production, logs, waste, inventory, sales reconciliation, and staff training.

You will support the General Manager and District Manager, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Production management and daily operations.

• Key inventory item counts and sales/cash reconciliation.
• Train new team members at stations and conduct shift training.
• Address escalated guest concerns and perform banking duties.
• Schedule activities with GM/DM approval and assist in interviews.
• Train Shift Managers and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
