Job summary

Cedartown Foods is seeking a District Manager (Bojangles) to lead multiple Bojangles locations in the metro Atlanta area, based in Marietta. This full-time, on-site role drives sales, profitability, and exceptional guest service while ensuring food quality and brand standards.

You will travel between sites, coach managers, and implement company strategies with a strong focus on staffing, training, and continuous improvement.

Role Description

The District Manager (Bojangles) is a full-time, on-site role based in metro Atlanta market (Marietta), responsible for overseeing multiple Bojangles restaurant locations within the district. This role manages and supports restaurant managers in achieving sales, profitability, and operational excellence goals, while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and outstanding guest service. Daily responsibilities include monitoring store performance, reviewing financial and operational reports, conducting site visits, coaching and developing managers, and ensuring brand standards and food safety procedures are consistently followed. The District Manager also leads staffing and retention efforts, supports training initiatives, drives local store marketing, and partners with leadership to implement company strategies and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in multi-unit operations management, team leadership, and performance coaching.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and analyzing sales and labor reports to drive profitability.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to uphold brand standards and food quality expectations.
• Proficiency in scheduling, staffing, and talent development, including hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Solid organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills for managing multiple locations and priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and basic computer applications (POS, spreadsheets, email).
• Prior multi-unit or general manager experience in quick-service or restaurant operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in with regular travel between locations and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
