Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure each team meets job expectations, drive guest satisfaction, and align operations with company standards.

This role requires significant travel to assigned stores and hands-on leadership to motivate and coach managers. The position demands 7–10 years in restaurant work and 3–5 years in management, with strong budgeting and P&L skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years in management, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides coaching and feedback.
• Communicates customer comments to Restaurant Managers and follows up effectively.
• Ensures orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to team members.
• Evaluates overall GM/GMIT performance against standards and expectations.
• Negotiates vendor contracts for the districts and follows approval processes.
• Upholds food safety and sanitation requirements for guests and staff.
