Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record managing multi-unit P&L. The role offers advancement opportunities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to manage multi-unit P&L and drive results.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financial aspects of retail business.

Responsibilities

• Manage local P&L, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, store setup and operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance across locations.
• Build and develop a high-performing team; recruit and mentor staff.
• Develop retention strategies and engage top associates.
• Coach store leadership and drive sales and client service.
• Set high standards and empower others to succeed.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls within district.
• Ensure branding and operational standards are followed.
• Coordinate with HR for employee relations and development.
