The role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong leadership, and tax knowledge, with a start date of October 5, 2026 and an anticipated end date of April 24, 2026, in a fast-paced retail tax environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related business experience; management or tax/accounting preferred.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to impact business results.
• Tax knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit retail locations within the district and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing seasonal staff, and tax education flow.
• Monitor performance, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with HR on training.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for setup, equipment, and facilities.
• Drive client retention and positive brand awareness.
• Manage revenue, tax return counts, and district goals.
