Jackson Hewitt District Manager in Georgia is recruiting to lead and coach a high-performing team across 20–30 locations. You will own the local P&L, recruit, staff, schedule, set store standards, and execute marketing initiatives to drive results and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3–5 years of retail management experience. A passion for mentoring, strong communication, and financial acumen are essential to grow talent and the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail management experience preferred.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage local P&L, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, store setup, store operations and implement marketing initiatives.
• Ensure safety and compliance of assets, clients, and employees through store visits and training of standards.
• Build a high-performing team through recruitment, guidance, training, and development of team members; build relations in the community.
• Provide strategies for retention by creating development plans and maintaining high morale and retention of top associates.
• Coach and mentor store leadership to improve performance and empower others to excel.
