Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in retail management preferred.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the District Manager.
• Ability to lead and engage a team with a culture of exceptional client service and operational excellence.
• Must hold an Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN).
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills, and understanding of financials and multi-unit P&L.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage the local P&L, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, store setup, operations and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure safety and compliance of assets, clients and employees with standards.
• Build a high performing team through recruitment, guidance, training and development.
• Create development plans to maintain high morale and retention of top associates.
• Coach store leadership; provide feedback and improve performance.
• Foster an empowering environment; set high standards and enable others to excel.
• Manage the Assistant District Manager and supervise support staff to drive results.
• Budgeting, forecasting and P&L oversight; identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce expenses.
• Ensure branding and operational standards are executed consistently.
• Coordinate schedules, timecards, HR relations and training with HRBP when needed.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and property managers; oversee Capex and office build outs.
• Analyze store policies and procedures; recommend changes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Company regulations.
