Job summary

ALDI USA invites ambitious students to join a District Manager Internship. You will shadow store managers, learn multi-million dollar store operations, and present findings to executives.

The 10-week program runs full-time in the Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware markets, with hands-on training and exposure to real business challenges. Successful participants may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Ability to learn store operations policies and procedures.
• Willingness to perform duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and learn the roles and importance of leading by building a culture of excellence.
• Prepare a presentation and a report on an operational area for ALDI executives.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices, hiring, interviews and orientations.
• Assist with inventory, participate in a store reset and a grand opening if possible.
• Create excellent store conditions and improve store associate performance and stock efficiency.
• Attend trainings and meetings and maintain professionalism and punctuality.
