Job summary

ALDI USA in Frederick, MD offers a District Manager Internship designed to give hands-on exposure to multi-million-dollar store operations. You will shadow district managers, learn operations, and prepare presentations and reports for executives.

The program runs 10 weeks, 40 hours per week, paying $28 per hour with overtime eligibility. Successful interns may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn store operations and management principles.
• Prepare a presentation and a report on an operational area for ALDI executives.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices; participate in interviews/orientations.
• Assist with inventory and participate in store resets and potential grand openings.
• Contribute to creating excellent store conditions and improve associate performance and stock efficiency.
• Attend trainings and meetings; maintain professionalism and meet objectives on time.
