ALDI USA's District Manager Internship offers hands-on exposure to multi-million dollar operations. You’ll shadow store managers, learn store operations, and present reports to executives during a 10-week, full-time program in Northern Illinois/Chicago area.

Open to students pursuing a Bachelor's in Business; you’ll gain real-world experience, participate in trainings, and have potential to transition to full-time after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under deadlines.
• Develops positive relationships with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and/or trainee to learn store operations.
• Prepare presentations and reports on operational areas for ALDI executives.
• Conduct customer walks and store tours to understand customer satisfaction.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices, hiring processes, interviews and orientations.
• Participate in inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
• Create and maintain high store conditions and improve stock efficiency.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Demonstrate professionalism with excellent attendance and adherence to guidelines.
