Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn operations and prepares a report for executives.
• Completes payroll, inventory, and administrative tasks with trainer.
• Participates in store tours and customer walks to learn Customer Satisfaction Pyramid.
• Develops subject matter knowledge with assigned team.
• Attends trainings and maintains professional conduct.
