Job summary

ALDI USA offers a District Manager Internship that gives hands-on exposure to multi-million dollar operations across Western & Southwest Missouri, Kansas, and surrounding regions. You will shadow managers, learn store processes, and prepare presentations for executives, with potential for a full-time role after graduation.

The 10-week, full-time program runs 40 hours per week with a wage of $28 per hour plus overtime eligibility. Education in progress toward a bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager or trainee to learn store operations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for ALDI executives.
• Assist with payroll, invoicing, and recruitment tasks.
• Support inventory, store resets, and grand openings when possible.
• Participate in trainings and meetings and maintain professional conduct.
